Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Mighty Fast infused honey or agave

2 heaping tablespoons Mighty Fast chocolate syrup *see recipe below

1 1/2 cups milk (plant based or dairy)

1 large frozen banana

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 handful of ice cubes

1 tablespoon cocoa or cacao powder

Preparation:
After infusing honey in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. After infusing coconut oil in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside 1/2 cup to cool.

To make Mighty Fast chocolate sauce whisk together; 1/2 cup cocoa or cacao powder, 1/2 cup maple syrup and 1/2 cup Mighty Fast coconut oil (in liquid form). Set aside. Store extra chocolate sauce in the refrigerator. Chocolate will harden in fridge. Heat gently on stove to return to liquid.

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender. Pulse on high for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Top with whipped cream and enjoy immediately.
