Mocha Overnight Oats Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Mighty Fast coconut oil
1 cup milk (plant based or dairy)
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup coffee (brewed and cooled)
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
Preparation:
After infusing coconut oil in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. Place liquid coconut oil, oats, chia seeds, milk, coffee, cacao and maple syrup into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Mix well, cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Serve in the morning for breakfast or as a power snack any time of day.
